Thanks CJ. No luck with VO-Command-Spacebar yet. But Vo+Shift+M seems to be the
same as pressing the plus key on my USB keyboard with numpad. Sadly this
doesn’t work in the Appstore. I still would like to be able to remove apps I no
longer need anymore.

Benjamin,
On your desktop, move to anything. Wait until “Actions Available” is
announced. Press VO-Command-Spacebar. You’ll get a short list of options.
The second option, on my machine in the case of a text document on my
desktop, will open the options menu. Or, just VO-Shift-M for the context
menu. There the similar, but with slight differences. I believe it’s just
the introductory offering of Os becoming more like IOS. I’m sure that future
releases will leverage this idea, even more. Well, unless the user market
rejects the concept. The VO-Command-SpaceBar is, particularly, helpful with
notification popups. Has been for me, anyway.
Best of luck,
CJ

When you’re apprized that “actions are available,” you can press
VO-Command-SpaceBar to access them.

Kelvin,
That’s the equivalent of having an item selected in IOS & then
sliding your finger down to access the menu or “actions” for that
item. Like clearing a message off the top of your phone’s screen.
There are some similarities between the “actions” & the “context
menu.” And in fact, some of the options in both can be repeated.
However, each of those menus, also, contain varied or different
options. It’s one of the ways that Apple is trying to mirror the OS
experience to the IOS environment. I suspect, over time, that OS
will become more & more aligned with IOS. Makes sense to me.
Anyway, hope this helps,
CJ

Other than that, I guess it's okay.

Thanks, Suzanne! I’ll try that. VO Command Space was a
“mouse click,” a while back; maybe that’s why that works.
I was also going to experiment to see if either track pad

I love my iPHone, and use the touch screen interface
quite confidently, but because I type so fast and grew up
memorizing keyboard commands, I haven’t even used the
track pad on my MacBook Air, and keep the commander off,
and just use the keyboard for everything.

you can go down a menu, if you need to make a menu
