[macvoiceover] A question regarding Abbyy Fine Reader and VoiceOver

Hello List,
I am about to purchase the Abbyy Fine Reader Express. First, though, I have a
question regarding Abbyy's interface and VO.
I am going to be using an HP Photosmart C7200 series scanner and it has a TWAIN
driver.
How well does the Abbyy interface work for VO users?
Are there any unlabeled buttons?
Anything else that I might need to know, about the interface, before purchasing
and installing?
