     Thanks for the kind words.  As I said, demonstrations are not my strong 
point.  I try to keep them very brief and to the point without a lot of extra 
chatter that takes away from the subject I am demonstrating.  I was told by a 
few veteran podcasters that the content is the thing you have to focus on and 
keep it so folks listening get something out of it without having to fast 
forward through any part of the recording.
