[Lugge] Funzioni PHP

Ciao,
come faccio a tirar dentro ad un file delle funzioni che voglio che
siano in un file comune
vorrei poter importare/interpretare del html/php in tempo reale, ad
esempio
if($ciao == 1)
import("nomefile.php");
in maniera da vederlo renderizzato in quel punto.
Ovviamente per il php un open/read/echo non basta.
