Eric: You miss the point. It's about the difference between two
strategies: minimizing civilian casualties, as the US tasks its
soldiers, and maximizing civilian casualties, as al-Qaeda directs
its operatives.
That's why it appears to mean nothing to me--it's not what we're
discussing. You want to drag this into the issue. Fine, but then
it becomes another issue, and you shouldn't claim I'm discussing it.
