ck: I used it long ago, when I first went online with AOL. Obnoxious as
hell; I turned it off. I suspect most IM users are with AOL, though I know a
couple of startups that were developing IM systems for specific industry
use--real estate and so on. What's the percentage of teens and younger using
the Internet? If it's 40%, then I can believe those figures.
