LAWRENCE: " "Noam Chomsky, the MIT linguist and public intellectual, a Jew
long critical of Israeli policies, recently stopped in France after being
prevented from lecturing at an Palestinian university in the West Bank, and
observed that, 'Europe has always actually been more racist than the US.'"

He was prevented from entering the West Bank by the Israeli Government who
would not allow him passage. A fascist move on the part of Israel. If you
doubt that anti-Semitism isn't stronger in Europe than anywhere else in the
world (except perhaps the MIddle East), then there's not much sense in
talking to you.
