Depends on the post. Yours is based on the mistaken assumption that Larry's
words quoted here refer to Iraq. As they don't, why should I read on?

talking to somebody else? In any event, the comparison to Vietnam was
neither brilliant nor original such that it deserves a reprimand from
mother. The Vietnam comparison is in fact widely debated and applied. Most
agree the comparison does not yet fit completely. I will, however, take
credit for the intellectual bling of using a Vietnam era song in what is
arguably a potentially fitting context.
