True. The Russians did what everbody does, including the U.S., which is invade others. I would have to look into why Chechnya became their Vietnam. In addition to discovering traits in chimps that led to the need to redefine the word "human", theretofore defined as the ability to use tools, Jane Goodall discovered that chimps, who share something like 99% of our genes, have not only culture (yes, culture)but they also fight wars. She watched as two warring tribes literally exterminated every last member in both groups. Still, my point was that the Russians refrained from starting a nuclear disaster, which is, to me, saying a lot.
