Il problema è nel login locale, la macchina fa boot normalmente ed è
accessibile via remote desktop.

Per rimuovere automaticamente la patch si può usare uno di questi comandi
(N.B.: Il PackageName va trovato usando "dism /online /get-packages
/format:table" ):

REM UNINSTALLS PATCH WITH AUTOMATIC REBOOT
\\fa3\wpkg$\scripts\psexec.exe \\<pc_name> -h cmd /c dism /online
/remove-package
/PackageName:Package_for_KB3097877~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1 /quiet

REM UNINSTALLS PATCH WITHOUT REBOOT
\\fa3\wpkg$\scripts\psexec.exe \\<pc_name> -h cmd /c dism /online
/remove-package
/PackageName:Package_for_KB3097877~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.1
/NoRestart
