Above first part indicates a problem in how the Java bindings are built.
I'm not using those so I'm inclined to just ignore this warning.

Do you have libtool installed?

Afaik I don't get this warning. Ah, and now I see why: I have a local
fix for this that I apparently forgot to push. Will do so in a minute.
