I am using a Ubuntu 12.10 server which is up-to-date. I will try it on my 14.4
box. What exact versions of python are you using. I can't up-date the server
to 14.04 yet because it is a production server. We just keep all the security
stuff up-to-date. I can go in and find the problem with python but if updating
python fixes it then I won't worry about it unless everyone wants me to take a
look at it with python 2.7.3.

Hi Ken,

I looked my Ubuntu 14.04 system your command result. Me following commands
works perfect in the tests/harness directory:
python runHarness.py en-ueb-g2-dictionary_harness.txt
python3 runHarness.py en-ueb-g2-dictionary_harness.txt

The test result is attached.
I tested this command with Liblouis latest master branch version.
What OS or Linux distribution you using?
My Ubuntu 14.04 system simple installed the python-nose and python3-nose
packages and installed both python-louis and python3-louis packages.
