Christian,
I made the commit so the code changes would be in svn. I'll be sending
documentation shortly. We have to figure out where this documentation
and that for the table of contents feature go in liblouisxml-guide.
After making the commit I again tried autogen.sh, configure, make. Make
gave the same error message. I then tried checking out a fresh read-only
copy. this time make said that help2man could not be found.
