[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Latest liblouisutdml Documentation

The documentation was requested. Ultimately it should be online, but it
needs a great deal of work first. I don't feel good about the state of
the documentation, but I think that getting liblouisutdml to work
properly has even higher priority.
