Hi guysI Am b Ack at working on improving the Icelandic Liblouis/NvDA tables. I will submit them to this list shortly (testing first with nvda). I apologize if this is asking the same question you have gotten before (feel free to point me to an arhive page of similar question). It appears that LibLouis (well brltty to be exact) tables cannot include anysymbols in the 128 to 160 range of Win 1252, or at least they indicate control characters. In the table I created for Jaws I could use these, and this range appears to include ellipsis symbols, the quotation mark used for Icelandic quotations (ascii code 132), the bullet sign (so common in lists, and lists are popular, because they make you smart, durn, I should have made this into a list *smiles*), the trademark symbol and a few others. I looked at a few tables to see if there was a work around for these symbols, but I was unable to locate any. Are there any explanations for this set up and possible work aronds so I can make sure these symbols are displayed with NVDA/Orca on a refreshable braille display (by committing an updated is.cbt table .. the current one has quite a few problems with it, and the standard has been updatd since). All help much appreciated. -Birkir -----Original Message----- From: liblouis-liblouisxml-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:liblouis-liblouisxml-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Quetzatl Sent: 8. febrúar 2012 16:52 To: liblouis-liblouisxml@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [liblouis-liblouisxml] Letter eñe Mising in spanish 8dots table.
