[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Can't compile liblouisutdml

I find I have to install libxml2-dev (or devel). Then run ldconfig. Then
install liblouis and run ldconfig.
Also verify which of lib and lib64 ldconfig uses. Sometimes pkgconfig looks
in the wrong place.

Both liblouis and libxml should be installed on my system.
