The R5, R-E and R7 all have TTL-flash - the R7 has an additional option for using fill-in flash and they all take the same SCA adapter. The R-E is a version of the R5 with a reduced number of metering modes. (like R4 and R4s aka mod2) The R7 is the only one of the group with the possibility of pre-releasing the mirror (similar to the manual R6 and R6.2.)
