I “second” David’s best wishes for your and Mrs Crummer’s health, Howard. I
like both of the images - the expression on both of the young girls is
priceless - a TV gaze with mouth agape…”close your mouth Peter, or you’ll catch
flies” is what I vaguely remember being told while watching TV as a very small
child. :)
Say, a question for you as a Leica M10 user, and I guess for Peter K., too,
should he see this. Did you have your lens engraved or are your lens already
cut with the 6-bit codes that I’ve been reading about? If you did, is there any
advantage to it. I’ve been reading about the feature and wondering just how
much it adds to the usefulness of the lens. Thanks.
Best regards,
Peter S.

Hi Howard!
I really quite like the shot of Eloise. Thanks for sharing your grand kids
with us!
And take good care of Esther ... she'll be sore for a while! And give her a
gentle hug from us!
Take care of yourself, too, my friend. You'll be fine.
And lastly, well, Paw Patrol is a good kids show. But I've been working long
hours at our community run TV rebroadcast station and, to be honest, I've
watched FAR TOO MUCH Paw Patrol, recently! ;-)
Thanks for sharing your photos with us.
David.
HI Flexers,------
I have been having a busy 10 days or so. Wife Esther had her gall
bladder out in Vancouver on Monday last week.
I am scheduled to have a basal cell cancer removed from my nose this
Wednesday. SoI am being caregiver
and potential patient all at the same time.
My photography output has suffered but the grand kids are nearby as
subjects.
Here are a couple of portraits - from the shadow side - of Eloise and
Clementine - who came
over to visit recuperating Nanny and sneak in a few of forbidden TV
cartoons. Paw Patrol!!

Both taken with the M10 and the 90 Elmarit - lightly processed in LR.
May be viewed large if you like. C&C always welcome.
