[LRflex] R lenses on a Canon

It looks like I will quit waiting on Leica for my solution.
I had a Canon 5D but any lens shorter than 50mm the rear of the lens hit the
mirror.
I have Leica lenses from 19mm forward.
What can I use without having to go to Leitax?
