[LRflex] Re: Memory Card Advice?

Speaking of memory cards, is there an appreciable difference in speed 
between the newer faster write cards and the generation of cards just 
previous?  The price difference is impressive.  Would such a difference be 
obvious to a digital "new comer" like myself?
