[leasbirds] buzzards?

 I had a friend call me yesterday to ask why she sees buzzards "drifting" 
overhead her house...are they migrating through?   She wondered if something 
was dead in her neighborhood attracting them, but I told her I didn't think 
they were feeding?   Pat J
