While I'm not sure this could ever be "verified without a doubt" inland
frigate birds don't stick around normally. So If you weren't there in the 30

The ebird range map at https://ebird.org/species/magfri shows past sightings ;
in Eastern New Mexico.
Maybe anything is possible, this sighting needs verification.
We, too, visited Caprock Canyon last month, a worthwhile trip, but no
Frigatebird.

I was there recently, but didn't see any frigate bird. I was too busy looking
at the flamingos.
Seriously, though, do we have a sense that this is on the level? I'm not
ebird so I don't know how that works.
