Dazell,

I'd recommend doing a virus scan, preferably a full scan. If you are using
Microsoft Security Essentials, there are options for quick and full. When you
open the program, tab to the set of radio buttons, arrow down to full, then tab
to the scan now button and press space to activate it. The scan may take some
time, so be patient.

I am running Windows 7. When I am on the internet It freezes often when I
execute a search. When I am on Facebook It also freezes. When I am on YouTube
it freezes. When I try to read my emails from outlook It freezes.

Hi, I imagine that for someone to help you with this you might want to let us
know when the computer freezes. Does the freeze occur during a specific
application and are you taking a specific action when the freeze occurs. Are
you running Windows 7, 8, XP?

I have a computer that runs Windows 7; it sometimes freezes in Outlook 2010 or
Internet Explorer 10. If I arrow too quickly the freeze will occur. It's
frustrating, and I just have to restart the computer. I run Window Eyes rather
than JAWS and the problem has increased with the newest version of Window Eyes
and Internet Explorer 10.

My computer has been freezing a lot. I am wondering If this is a JAWS problem
or a problem with my computer.

Any assistance would be helpful!

Thanks;

Dazell

Note: In order for my computer to unfreeze I have to press F5 and then the
escape key.
