My JAWS stops talking. When I turn on my computer I am getting a message
informing me something is wrong with my installation.

When do the freezes occur? Do they seem to happen when you open a particular
program, document, or web-site? When you say freeze, does Jaws stop talking,
or does the computer stop working, then restart?

problem or a problem with my computer.

Note:  In order for my computer to unfreeze I have to press F5 and then the
escape key.
