dear sameer 

you sure wanna do this ? afaik motherboards have multi-layered pcbs,
there is no way you can be sure only the first layer track is the only
one which is damaged. 

besides even if you assume only the first layer track is the only track
which is damaged, you need an smd rework soldering station to work on a
motherboard. a normal 50 W or 25 W soldering iron can be fatal for a
motherboard -:)

dont mean to discourage you but couldn't help as i was heavily into
electronics tinkering before i jumped into computers -:)
