I just got off the phone with Keri Collins who is one of the main
fleet administrators under Nicholas Bradshaw, the fleet manager, for
the City of Knoxville. She does all kinds of work: vehicle
procurement, getting selections approved through the separate city

etc. She's very interested in having an opportunity to show the
Knoxville Police Teslas for test drives, and wants to get several
