administrators under Nicholas Bradshaw, the fleet manager, for the City of
Knoxville. She does all kinds of work: vehicle procurement, getting
selections approved through the separate city procurement offices, vehicle
management, evaluating new technologies, etc. *She’s very interested in
having an opportunity to show the Knoxville Police Teslas for test drives,
and wants to get several levels of city staff in fleets management to
