for your info.
If you are a member of the QARC elist, you already have this info, sorry for
the duplication.

The QARC IRLP Node (#2090) has finally died after 6 years of almost
continuous service. I have a replacement in the works but it will be
4-5 weeks before it is in service.
I apologize for any inconvenience.

Until Dave is ready to put the IRLP node back in service, I will turn on
some of the 'bells and whistles' , i.e. voice ID's and courtesy beep.
