I just got one of these (again, this is at least the third since
I got into Yahoo) today. And what's weirder, I recall seeing the
message (from a tv list) that allegedly caused the bounce, so I'm
scratching my head as to what Juno's up to here. Still, I just
followed your advice, and wrote them a note (Hint for other Juno
users: go to http://www.juno.com/techsupport/pat and follow the
instructions for filing a Technical Support Personal Assistance
Ticket -- it will warn you that you have to be a Platinum [paid]
customer before you begin).
