CS> Called about 6 AM - outgoing messages went, no incoming messages.

...

CS> It's now 1:15 PM. Still no messages.

Seldom do I go seven hours without incoming, if I call. Perhaps my being
in Manhattan, where Juno has headquarters and some servers, has something
to do with it. Last month when there was more spam, calling five hours
later almost always got something. Not that I wish spam to resume its
past prominence; the company's successes in the Spam Crusade are
appreciated.

On the other hand, the majority of my mail runs include an outgoing
message, usually with Cc: to myself. If there were no new interesting
incoming messages last time, I study old messages and write a more
thoughtful reply, or a reply to something that didn't seem so interesting
when it was new.

I notice your time stamp indicates five hours later, and idly wonder why.
I will finish writing this message (using Juno 5) about 11:15 Eastern
Daylight Time today, Thursday, but will probably send it in the evening.
