> EGBJ is in an airway Frank, I didn't say that and if you read my post again I said exactly the same as Peter. >I have yet to have the courage to tackle one on FS although I have done one RW at Liverpool. I've carried out quite a few on FPI and the data in IVAO is much more accurate. If you are up to it let's try one. bones -----Original Message----- From: jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Dodds Sent: 15 August 2007 23:34 To: jhb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Cc: pdodds@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb] Re: Whither Goest > EGBJ is in an airway Actually, it isn't - it's in the Open FIR, but there is an airway 5 miles to the south, base level is FL155 and another 15 miles to the northwest base level FL145. Not likely to bother you much i wouldn't have thought. Brize zone northern boundary is 18miles southeast, SFC-3500ft. I would imagine that you would attract mostly VFR traffic, as Vatsim does, although Mike Pike does a lot of Surveillance Radar Approaches (SRAs) for IFR traffic from the Clifton Flyers group. I have yet to have the courage to tackle one on FS although I have done one RW at Liverpool. Peter
