Steve,

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this advice.

It's true enough that outlook express will work fine without having to
add MS Office.  However, like it or not, Microsoft word document format
has become the "industry standard" for documents which are meant to be
edited (as opposed to PDF for those which aren't meant to be changed).
You'll probably want to switch to Word for this reason alone.

If this isn't sufficient, I believe that the jaws support from FS is now
much better for MS Word than it is for WordPerfect.

One final note, WordPerfect will claim that you can import Word
documents, and then edit them in WordPerfect, and then save them back in
Word format when you need this.  The rest of the world pretty much says
this will more likely than not destroy your document's formatting.
That's been our own experience here where I work (a corporate
environment of 350 WordPerfect users until recently).
