I replied yesterday but guess it failed for some reason. I am nnow unsure of what version of words I am using. When I go into about words it seems to say version 2009 so I am not sure. Anyway in the view menu I cannot find mark up. For some reason if Markup is checked I get this effect as well. I am trying to edit a very long document I wrote and having problems with spell check. When I try and hit f7 it will find a few errors and stop. Hitting the combo again will find more but the changes I select will not stick.
