No if you have these dictionary files it is because you or someone else has updated the dictionary. So deleting them is fine I would back them up just in case you need to recover some change later. As for how to find them the following is taken directly from the help system of jaws The JAWS Program Group The JAWS Program Group When you install JAWS, the JAWS 8.0 program group is added to your Windows Start menu.
