I would suggest getting an external keyboard whether its USB or wireless.

    I just picked up an older laptop and I'm using Jaws 10. The laptop
    doesn't have a windows key, so I'm wondering how I would minimize
    things to get to the desktop, (normally, Windows key plus letter m)
