Hi Mary Jo,

I'm sorry you've been having such a difficult time unsubscribing from this 
mailing list.  We can't unsubscribe you.  You must do it yourself.  Here are 
the instructions, which are in the welcome message you get when you first 
join the list.  Follow these directions and you will be unsubscribed.
The instructions say:
If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list, send a message 
to the following email address:
Jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and put the word
Unsubscribein the subject line.
