It's not true that nobody has tried to help Mary unsubscribe from this list. In fact, I have sent her clear instructions twice, both to her private email address and to the list, but she persists in sending her request to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of the correct address of jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
