If anyone knows of a way, in outlook, where I could set it up
automatically to not use signatures on lists where it is discouraged,
I'd be interested in hearing about it.

Since I'm doing this from work, it was *suggested* by my boss, that
since these communications are archived and made available publicly,
that I may want to include a disclaimer line at a minimum as part of my
signature. The rest of my signature is again suggested by my employer
as appropriate business practice to make it easy to be contacted.

I don't know if I would cut it out if I could, but in outlook, I don't
know of a way to make it optional, without my having to remember to add
it where desired (and that's not acceptable).
