2. The first option, with a check box, is whether or not to
automatically
append the signature you create from this page with every email.
Leaving
the box unchecked obligates you to manually add it when you so choose.
He already said this was not an option. This would mean that every
email he wrote that was not to this list he would have to remember to
add it.
Really people you are making a big deal about nothing.
It is very simple to stop reading a message once you know you are at the
sig line.
To keep this on topic to do this with jaws press your control key while
doing a say all and jaws will stop reading the message.
