I use JAWSKEY+SHIFT+b. If on battery it speaks,if charging it speaks, if fully
charged it tells me that battery status not found.

In the system tray there is an icon in my case, just now it tells me that AC
Power is on. If I hit enter on it a dialog opens, there is a checkbox to show
it on the system tray so presumably this can be disabled or, enabled probably
on the systems menu in control panel. I do not recall setting this. If it is
not in your system tray then probably you don't have that option enabled and
you won't be able to use the script to see it.

This is an IBM ThinkPad, it may be different for yours.

Hope this helps.

Subject: two questions

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there's a way or a JAWS command to check a laptop's battery
life? I thought it might have been in the system tray, and I did Insert f11,
but I couldn't find that information.

Also, I'm wondering here if anyone is using Pegasus email at all.
Jim
