Hina,

With Outlook 2007 and JAWS11:

1. Ctrl N to start a new appointment
2. Tap alt.
3. arrow to the Appointment Tab and press spacebar
4. arrow right to the recurrence button and press enter.

This dialog will help you set the range of occurrences. You can specify the
occurrences in three ways:

a. number of occurrences
b. date occurrences start and end
c. no end to occurrences (infinite).

Other checkboxes dictate whether it is repeated yearly, monthly, weekly, or
daily, and you can select which days to do, and even select a certain date each
year or a specific Friday each month (like the third Friday every month).

Outlook 2003, or 2007? The method will be different.

    Also what version of JAWS?

      hi,
i have two issues i need help with. please let me know if anyone is
familiar of how to do these:
in microsoft outlook calendar, how to set an appointment to reoccur and
if an appointment is canceled, how to cancel that?
also secondly, when i am trying to open a link i am getting this message:
"open parent document button" and then nothing happens. when a sighted person
try to open a link it opens fine. any thoughts of why this could be happening?
would appreciate your help.
      hina.
