Good luck with the scanning. Some of the images in that document are very
low resolution so you may have problems with OCR. Hopefully though you'll
get enough to be useful.

Thanks so much for your helpful replies. I have now downloaded the PDF
file, But I guess I'll have to get a friend, who has Open Book, to scan it
and convert it into something that JAWS can recognize.
