I guess you're right, though i was assuming he'd checked that his serial
number was authorized for the new version before downloading, etc.  But,
from your account, it sounds like the ILM will be botheration!

I never had to use my authorization disk after getting an upgrade.if it
wants that, either A, you're not authorized for that version, or, you
got
the ILM version in which case I think you might need to reauthorize with
that. As I'm finding out, you have to do that for almost every little
thing
including fluky computer problems.
