When you download jaws 6, save it to a folder rather than just run it. I
think this may solve your problem.

Subject: trouble downloading jaws 6.

I am running jaws pro 5.1, and every time I try to download jaws 6, it wants
me to put my authorization disk in the drive. the authorization number is on
the drive from earlier disk insertions. And then, it will only let me choose
the 40 minute mode. When you people download Jaws do you save it to the desk
top or run it. Can someone give me a hint as to how to get around this snag
in downloading it, or maybe I'll just wait for my disk to arrive. I have XP
Pro along with the earlier mentioned Jaws 5.1.
