You would want to download the Jaws 6 to your desktop or where ever else you 
want to store it and not try and run it.  after the download is complete, 
then enter on the downloaded program and the jaws program will install just 
as it does when you do the installation from the Jaws program disk.
I do not have any thoughts on your other problem about being asked for your 
authorization disk.  But are you running a demo of Jaws 5 or running one 
that has used an installtion key?
