I have the latest patch and it crashed 4.51. So there is something in the
code which is incompatible with that version of JFW. As I stated earlier, a
friend of mine with 4.02 was able to access the page and JFW 5.0 was able to
access the page.

Hi,
I checked the web site with my unpatched 4.51 and it crashes JAWS. I
verified this with Narrator on Windows XP. I didn't go further than that
because it destabilizes my system enough that Narrator won't read buttons to
me so I can get into the error report. Since this is the first web site
I've run across that wants to crash 4.51, I have to assume they're doing
something that's highly unusual on their web site that's also part of the
problem. The entire issue here doesn't lie with JAWS; it's up to the web
site designers to do their job right and obviously that didn't happen with
the site in question.

One interesting thing, and I don't know if this has any bearing on the
problem or not, is that when I have the web site up and try to View Source
to see the HTML, the resulting page of source seems to be completely blank.
I verified this with JAWS 5.00.844. I can't say I've run across many web
sites where the source page comes up empty like this. I know there is a way
to do that but most sites don't do it and I can't understand why this
particular site would do it based on their content. Usually hiding source
is reserved for content which one would consider necessary to secure for
reasons of some business nature, and not just to do it because it can be
done.

Apparently it is some bug with 4.51, at least the unpatched version, because
the site seems to run fine with 5.00.844.
