RE: service pack 2?

It is out of beta and being shipped to their corporate customers on CD.

They have a rather complicated plan for downloading it to folks that's
meant to make it easy on you by not tying up your pc for hours on end,
and make it easy on  there servers and the internet as a whole by
"trickling" it out slowly in small pieces to everyone.  To benefit from
this, you'll need to have your windows automated update feature enabled
(which it is by default unless you've disabled it).
