Hi Judith,
I use Jaws 7 point 0. so I hope this helps.
1st, go into the options sub menu.
2nd, enter on voices sub menu.
3rd, enter on global adjustment.
4th, tab until you hear, punctuation combo box. Arrow down to say all.
5th, tab to ok.
