Hi Devona,

The below advice is correct. And, just in case this helps to clarify, a 
listtserv is the program that distributes messages like this one. Its 
address is the one to which you send commands to be automatically performed. 
That is different from the address of the list itself, populated by others 
like yourself, who can't unsubscribe you or put you on nomail and so forth. 
if you understand this already, sorry. But sometimes it seems that people 
don't get the difference.
