Hi Jed,

There are a few things you can do to help MSN 6.2 run better. There are a
few windows that you don't need, and here's how to get rid of them.
First, pick someone who is online, it doesn't matter who, and hit enter as
if you're going to have a conversation with them.
Now, while in that window, hit the alt key, then right arrow over to tools.
Once you are at tools, arrow down until you see, show toolbars submenu, and
right arrow into that.
There you will see two things, standard and formatting.
Hit enter on standard. Then repeat the steps above and hit enter on
formatting.
But wait, we aren't quite done yet...
Now hit the alt button and right arrow over to tools again.
up arrow to options and hit enter.
The first thing you'll see is this.
Type your name as you want others to see it edit. Here you can put your
name.

Now, Tab through this list. there are three things that need to be
unchecked. they are as follows...

Show my display picture and allow others to see it. This should be
unchecked.

Show display picture from others in instant message conversations. This too
should be unchecked.

Share my webcam capabilities with others. Uncheck this as well.

Now, go to OK and hit enter. now when you tab, you should only see a
message window, and the history window. I hope that it works. Jack
